		180° Hydraulic Bin Dumper The 180° Hydraulic Bin Dumper is a flexible solution with full 180° of rotation to ensure bins are completely emptied




		Model LS-8000 Furnace Loading System The Furnace Belt Loading System is designed to evenly and accurately load parts onto a Continuous Belt Furnace System. The control system continuously monitors loading conditions and adjusts the feeders to maintain a 99% or better loading accuracy. Using an industrial PC with 12.1" touch-screen, the operator can easily enter in Load Rate and other job parameters. The data entry process can be streamlined by interfacing with a Bar Code Scanner, Customer Network or PLC.




		Jaguar M7000 Pouch Bagger The M7000 Pouch Bagger is designed to work with many different styles of pre-made bags and pouches. Bags are loaded on top and are transferred to the filling area using vacuum cups and a guided air cylinder. Sensors assure that the pouch is in position and it is properly opened. A Transition Chute is inserted to prevent product spillage. After filling, the pouch is sealed and released through the front of the machine.




		Magnum-Force Bagger The Magnum-Force Bagger is designed to work with Barrier Films such as polyester, metalized polyester, foil, nylon and polypropylene. Using economical barrier film tubing, the Magnum-Force process creates, opens and seals bags. A Transition Chute is provided to prevent product spillage. After filling, the pouch is sealed and dropped from the bottom of the machine.

		Model QP10 Automatic Packaging System The QP10 is a Heavy-Duty Packaging System designed to package corrugated cartons and plastic returnable containers at a rate of 4 to 6 cartons per minute. This design utilizes a Scale Hopper with a Bulk, Coarse, and Fine Feeding system to achieve high production and very accurate carton quantities.




		Model SP100 Automatic Sort-Pack System The SP100 Sort-Pack System interfaces with a variety of Inspection and Sortation equipment to automatically package product after it has been inspected.




		Model QP25 Automatic Packaging System The QP25 is a Heavy-Duty Packaging System designed to package corrugated cartons and plastic returnable containers at a rate of 10 to 15 cartons per minute. This design utilizes Dual Scale Hoppers with Dual Bulk, Coarse, and Fine Feeders to achieve high production and very accurate carton quantities.
